choice

We all make choices in life. We hope to make the right choices most of the time. Sometimes the choices we make are good and sometimes they are bad. we make choices all the time and mostly everywhere. When we wake up, when were going outside, or even when we go to sleep. But whether we choose to make the right or the wrong choice they will change our presence in a way that could me good or bad. The word Choices the act of choice;the decision of someone thinking wanting somthing; selection. In other words meaning a chose that came from the mind, a thought of doing something that came to mind. The choices we make are very helpful to use because they help use decide for ourselves.

For example in the poem "The road not Taken" by Robert Frost there is a life altering choice involved. The poem is about how a traveler is trying to find a choice whether choosing one of two roads that are going to lead the traveler to his destination. The choice the traveler made in choosing whether the first or the second was that he/she chose the second road. He/She finally chose the second road because he/she wanted to go to a road where it was not so lonely and that it had feature where the traveler can know where their are going and is way easier to travel through. I think the aother wrote this poem to show how choices can make thinks easier or difficult but it is all on the person who make the choices and if their the right choices or wrong.

In the short story "Dead end" by Rudolfo Anaya, their where a lot of choices to be made and maria was the one that was suppose to chose those choices maria had the choice whether to waste her by getting involved in frankies gang life or keeping the promise she made her mom after she died. The choice she made was the choice that will determine what she really wants with life and the promise she made her mom. My personal reaction towards her choice is very optamistic and very worth keeping, the reason i say this is because she keep the promise she made her mother after her tragic death. And knowing that she liked frankie and that he was the only guy that has ever put eyes on her and that wrapped his arms around her and kissed her. I agree on her choice of decision because by my personal thought, i would never brake a promise i made to someone special and also being responsible and thoughtful towards her brother and sister.
